Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to any paid tier, or using any EpochCore service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

EpochCore LLC ("we", "us") operates a quantum-AI platform comprising Mesh subscription tiers, the shortSQUEEZE metered-operations API, EpochPay, and related products. All access is gated by an API key issued at checkout.

3. Subscriptions and metered usage

• Subscriptions (Mesh Starter, Mesh Pro, Mesh Enterprise, EpochPay) renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds for unused time within a paid period.
• Metered operations (shortSQUEEZE per-op billing) accrue against your Stripe account based on operations measured by our meter events. Disputed meter readings are resolved by our sealed audit chain; see Section 7.
• We may change pricing on 30 days' notice via the email address on file. Existing paid periods are honored at the price paid.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) resell or sublicense access without a written agreement; (c) use the Service for unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual property, or to develop a directly competing product; (d) attempt to bypass rate limits, gates, or authentication.

5. Intellectual property

EpochCore retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all proprietary inventions covered by pending U.S. and international patent applications. Your API key and account data remain yours. Limited license: you may use the Service per these Terms.

6. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription period for each product. No refunds after 30 days. Metered usage is not refundable once consumed. Service credits may be issued under the SLA — see /sla.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpochCore's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EpochCore harmless from any third- party claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or as required by law. You may terminate by canceling subscription in your billing portal at any time.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with the effective date and, where reasonable, by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
